Our platform provides customers with access to digital content creation tools, including the ability to generate stories, download PDFs, images, or text-based outputs. Before accessing any part of the service or creating a story, customers must purchase tokens) in full. These tokens act as the internal currency of our website and are required to use any premium feature.

What Are Tokens?

Tokens are the digital units used to operate features on our platform. Instead of paying individually for each story or download, customers purchase tokens in advance, which can then be redeemed as needed. This system allows users to control their usage and choose how many stories or downloads they wish to generate.

What Tokens Are Used For

Tokens are required for all major actions on the website, including but not limited to:

  • Generating stories
  • Downloading PDFs
  • Downloading images
  • Downloading text files

Each action requires a specific token amount. Once a story is generated, the appropriate number of tokens will automatically be deducted from the customer's account.

How Tokens Work

After purchasing a token package, the tokens will be added directly to the customer's account. Tokens can then be redeemed whenever the customer chooses to generate content. Every time a story is created, or a file is downloaded, the token balance will decrease accordingly. Customers are responsible for monitoring their token balance and ensuring they have sufficient tokens to continue using the service.

Creating & Managing Your Account

To access certain features, such unlocking stories, generating new stories, or retrieving orders, you need to create and verify your account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your account details updated
  • Protect your login credentials
  • Monitor all activity taking place under your account
  • Inform us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
  • Accept responsibility for all interactions and content generated under your account

Purchasing Tokens

Customers may purchase tokens using real money through the available payment methods on our website. We offer three main token packages: Bronze, Silver, and Gold designed to fit different levels of usage. Additional token packs are also available for customers who need more tokens, and users may optionally enter a custom payment amount to purchase a specific number of tokens tailored to their needs. All token purchases must be completed and paid in full before access to the service is granted.

Customers should be aware that all payments made on our website will appear on their bank or card statements under the billing descriptor "LITTLESTORYBOX." This is the official trading and payment reference name associated with our platform. Seeing "LITTLESTORYBOX" on your statement confirms that the charge relates to the purchase of tokens, subscription packages, or any other services offered through our website at www.littlestorybox.com. If a customer does not recognise this descriptor or has concerns regarding a transaction, they are encouraged to contact our support team for clarification.

Refunds

We aim to deliver a reliable and high-quality creative experience. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both users and LittleStoryBox.

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be granted if:

  • Technical problems prevent you from using the Platform, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
  • Billing mistakes, such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, are verified by our team

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued:

  • After 14 days have passed from the time of purchase
  • If the Platform has been misused or our Terms have been violated

  • We cannot guarantee that all generated content will meet every family's standards
  • Users should report any content they believe is unsuitable

Adult Responsibility & Supervision

Because content is generated by AI, adults must:

  • Review all stories and images before sharing them with children
  • Ensure usage is appropriate for the child's age and maturity
  • Monitor children's access to the Platform
  • Report any concerns or inappropriate outputs

LittleStoryBox may, at its sole discretion, limit or remove any content it considers inappropriate, overly explicit, harmful, or otherwise unsuitable, even if it would ordinarily qualify as "child appropriate."

Closing or Ending Your Use of the Platform

You may stop using the Platform at any time. If you wish to close your account entirely, please contact our team via email.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform:

  • With or without notice
  • Effective immediately

In the event of termination, your access to the Platform and any stored content may be removed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of COUNTRY. Disputes shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction of CORP NAME. Exceptions apply for European and UK users, who may access alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

We may choose, at your expense, to take exclusive control of the defense for any issue you are required to cover. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and bear the related costs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when we become aware of any claim that may involve this indemnification.

Liability

The company is not responsible for any loss of income or business impact that may occur when a website is launched or when the service becomes temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or server-related problems.

We also disclaim liability for missed launch dates, delays, or any financial or operational losses resulting from the service not being active or fully functional. This includes delays caused by the customer's failure to provide required information, requests for additional work, or last-minute changes at any point during the project.

We may in time change or revise the details of the terms and conditions, if you disagree with these amendments, you may terminate your account or stop using our services. If you continue to use our services, you agree to our changes. The terms and rights you agreed to in the previous version of an agreement stay in effect until you accept the new updated version
